Jess began her yoga practice in 2007. She started noticing herself feeling better every time she got on the mat. Very depressed and not in a good place in her life, Yoga just changed things so much. Negative attitude just dissipated. It brought stress relief, focus, and strength. It changed her perspective, attitude and bad habits. Learning how to love herself and all beings. Not living in the past, but living in the present. She is passionate and inspired to enhance your yoga practice and create a space for you to grow, change and love- physically, mentally and emotionally.
In the fall of 2011, she completed Always At Aum 200hr Vinyasa Flow teacher training program. Registered with Yoga Alliance. Then in August of 2014 completed Baptiste 200hr Teacher Training program. Always continuing education practicing with instructors such as Seane Corn, Alanna Kaivalya, and Phillip Askew. She invites you to join her on the mat to explore.
